Pleasures Of Travelling

Travelling is an experience which comes occasionally. Travelling allows you to explore the world and discover new things all the time. Likewise, some people only travel for business or to meet up with family members etc., but do we ever think that today I am going to experience something new?

For me the mystery of discovering something new, learning from new cultures and knowing that everywhere you go something new is awaiting you is the true meaning of travelling On the contrary some people restrict themselves and therefore do not enjoy themselves whilst travelling.

What intrigues me the most is the sense that it does not matter how many times you go to a destination it will always be thrilling. In addition, todays luxuries are limitless and one them is the mode of transport. Entertainment is endless: planes, buses, cruises etc. For example, when you’re in a plane, isn’t it wonderful to look down and view the mesmerising land or the illusions of the graceful tides on a boat.

I mentioned before how travelling brings different cultures; one thing we lack as a society is the appreciation of different cultures. Emphasising this, travelling broadens our knowledge and helps to understand and gain love for the way people adapt to other traditions. Travelling is also a incredible way of communicating with the rest of the world. Sharing our love and coming back with a lot of experience is an integral part of it.

It is concerning sometimes when people are only at a destination to take pictures or post on social media. It is important that you first enjoy your travel because it is quality time which you may not get again.

These are a few ‘pleasures of travelling’ but from every travel that we make, it allows us gain memorable experiences, which we cherish for the rest of our lives.
