SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

Information for disabled people and passengers with reduced mobility?

If you have disability of any nature or your mobility is reduced, for instance due to age or transient damage, most Airlines are able to provide a range of free services to help you at the airport and on board of the flights. We strongly encourage you to read the policy of your operating carrier regarding customers with disabilities.

Once I have begun my holiday trip, who should I contact for help?

Once your holiday journey has commenced, it is advisable to get in touch with the Airline on transit or Ground Service provider in the city/country where you are situated. We will be providing Emergency contact numbers at all countries you travel through us our Hassium Holidays Immediate Emergency Assistance

Is your Holiday Protected?

Your holidays are ATOL Protected. Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing (ATOL) assures your holidays are financially protected. ATOL Protection is a peace of mind.

 

There may be additional third party protections while you are on holidays. However, for personal coverage, we recommend that all travelers have overseas travel insurance to cover for their health or loss of belongings and emergencies.

Are Hassium Holidays physically demanding?

Maybe you want to lie in a hammock, rejuvenate and not move until happy hour? We’ve got a tour package for that. Maybe you want to power up the side of a mountain at high altitude?
